Today we went to the desert for a sizzling shooting close to Mesa, AZ. It was pretty hot and shooting with a high sun got us exactly what we wanted: Highest contrast black-and-white shots. I went for a very simple one lens, one camera setup today and did not regret it. I was occupied with the harsh light most of the times anyways and a minimalistic setup allowed me to concentrate on the scene. Here are some of today’s outtakes.
Some striking images here. I found your blog through the NWCU piece by Leslie. Great work, and nice to ‘meet’ you.
