Yesterday it started to rain in Kyoto and it virtually hasn’t stopped since then. So I was left with the possibility to check out the spa in my hotel or get an umbrella and make lemonade. I decided to go for both and after an hour of relaxation I went out in the late afternoon to explore Kyoto in the rain.
There is not too much to say except that I now do know why most places have batteries of umbrellas, umbrella stands with locks, and umbrella wrapping machines (as to not bring all the water into the restaurant or store). Here is some lemonade.
