Bicycle advertising

Walked through Hannover today and found some interesting bicycles. I have seen them already a couple of times beforehand – each one separately but I never really connected the dots.

All these bikes had been repurposed to being advertisements on wheels. The one above is an ad for an office supplies store and the green one below is for a school teaching kids how to swim.

Here is another one for a second hand store selling clothes, antiques, and other stuff below.

And the last advertises the services of a window cleaner.

There are a few more spread around the city but I do not remember their location anymore. Also, what is not clear to me is whether this is really effective advertisement. It looks a bit sketchy to me to be honest – except for the first one maybe, which is right in front of the actual store and prepared with a lot of care.
